An easy way to recognize if the sentence is formal or informal is seeing carefully the conjunction of the verb with these two pronouns… you already saw the difference? Here you are going to see a lot of slang words, be aware.
1) Tú or Usted?
2) Pass from English to Spanish!

3) Mark if the sentence is informal or formal!
4) Put the sentences in the right order!
a) sabe / piano. / tocar / el / Usted
Usted sabe tocar el piano.
